You really should come up with your own turbo tables. Examples are no good when all turbos and engines are different. You can have turbos with small differences or ones that are larger/smaller. There are lower limits and upper limits. The ECM will decide where the VGT position should be dependent on a few factors but will be locked between what you have set as lower/upper limits.
