I cannot help you until you provide TeamViewer.
Error 3003 means you never installed perquisites for INSITE to work. You're missing a step.

Thank you. I tried to connect but it says the computer is offline. Can you check to see if it went into sleep mode?

I have sent you a PM and an e-mail. I can respond faster via e-mail because I get notifications once I receive a message, but I don't on PM's.
