This KG is the same KG used in 8.06 (if the directory listing proves correct).
This KG will not activate certain parameters and some functionality will not work properly. For example, some diagnostic tests and regens will not function as they once did in 8.06 with this KG.

Hey it’s the same KG included in the 8.06 Engineering post by webmaster. So just use that KG and the 8.07 SP1 by webmaster together.
