So I finally figured it out guys.
Here is the what I did in case someone else face the same problems as me.
Need to install framework 4.7. Before installing version 5.xxx need to install the first one 4.xxx then update to 5.xxx
Extract the Keygen, Once we open License file and click "Yes", run the KG. 
Put each generated Key in the box and on top where its written "License" insert the hole key on the bottom of the Keygen.
Password Admin I wrote 12345.
Close the program.
DELETE THE EXTRACTED KEYGEN (Let it be only in (Winrar (Winzip)) then reopen.
If we dont delete it it will ask for Activation License.

You did many steps you didn’t have to. You did exactly what I said not to do. You don’t put the license key in the top at all. You just put the renew key in and click Renew. You don’t need to put password in either. You don’t need version 4.4.x installed prior either. I’m glad you got it working, but you took many steps that weren’t necessary.
