Let me just start by stating who these came from. They came from a friend who works at Cummins. I sent them to webmaster for release. I originally sent these to a few people and they got around quick. How do I know? Because the 60.70.17.15 ECFGs, there are three of them, are exactly the same. I did so to see if people would notice and also so I could see if they were shared.
